Meet the Artist

The Gallery is proud to present a New Exhibit of Works by California Artist Frank Eber

Frank Eber's paintings tell stories of times and places that we feel sure we have seen. His unique use of contrast and light evoke emotions, trigger memories. Like distant dreams his works feel familiar yet strangely enigmatic. Frank's own words help explain the viewer's response to his works:

I like the idea of conveying a subjective, emotional response to the natural world. Painting should go deeper than copying nature. I can paint it how it is, that’s easy, but the interpretation of the thing that’s underneath, what gives it life, is what I’d like to find. Atmosphere and light are just the first steps

Frank is an award-winning artist and Signature member of the American Impressionist society, American Watercolor Society, the National Watercolor Society and an Artist member of the prestigious California Art Club.
