These workshops are for all levels of painters, from beginners to masters who like to relax and paint, while enjoying a good glass of wine and each other’s company. Brandon Smith will lead participants as they paint a still life, tailoring his instruction to individual students’ skills.

Fee: $85 per class - includes 3 hours of instruction, 2 glasses of wine, and all paint and materials!


About the Class

Join us for a fun, informative painting experience - perfect for all skill levels from beginners to seasoned artists. Enjoy fine wine, great company, and individualized guidance as instructor Brandon Smith leads participants through the painting of a still life. Classes take place in the Mezzanine Studio at The Gallery and are each limited to 10 participants.


About the Instructor

Brandon Smith is a committed educator and award-winning professional artist, who delights in helping students advance their artistic skills and discover the joy of painting. Brandon studied and taught at the Academy of Art University San Francisco for more than two decades before returning to the Central Coast, where he now teaches at the Allan Hancock College.


What’s Included

Each class includes three hours of art instruction, all paints and materials, two glasses of fine wine or soft drinks, and light snacks.


How to Register

Select your preferred date and register online. Full payment is required at the time of registration. Due to limited seating, we ask that you cancel at least 10 days before the event, giving us the opportunity to fill the class. You may also transfer your reservation to another person. Cancellations made 10 days or more in advance of the event will receive a full refund. Reservations cancelled within 10 days of the class are not refundable.     MUST BE 21+ TO CONSUME ALCOHOL. The class includes three hours of art instruction, all paint and materials, accompanied by two glasses of fine wine or soft drinks and light snacks. Tickets are not refundable within 10 (ten) days of the event. The Gallery reserves the right to cancel the workshop if minimum participant level is not met, in which case any tickets purchased will be fully refunded.
